Ways to Obtain Application Forms

1.Download application forms from school website . (Download application form here)

3.Obtain form school in person .

*Collection and distribution of forms throughout the year, no registration time limit.

Arrangements on the Submission of Application Forms

1.Submission Method: submit the application form in person.

Saturday (9:00A.M. to 12:00P.M)

3.Please fill in the application form with the proper photos, bringing along with the below document to our kindergarten.

– A copy of the child’s birth certificate (If the child was not born in Hong Kong, please also send us the Verification of Right of Abode in Hong Kong).

– Copy of child’s vaccination record. (Attach the name of the child and the date of injection)(Please bring along the original copy of the child’s vaccination record for checking purpose）

– Two child’s recent photos. (2 inches x 1.5 inches, and write the name on the back)

– Two envelopes with the written present address and names of the applicant. ( with two $2.2 stamps )

– Application fee $40.
